 Agent on Duty (AOD)  (Maximum One Executives Procedures are different)

 

·         Go to www.MaximumOneAOD.com to register for a time slot

·         Morning slots are 9am – 1pm  Afternoon from 1pm – 5pm  & Weekends (same time frames)

  • The Agent on Duty has access to the web-leads that the company generates & sign calls that do NOT belong to a Maximum One agent (Our agent’s sign calls get transferred to the listing agent)
  • There is 0% referral fee paid on these leads
  • The agent on duty also answers the telephone for the time slot (the phones will be transferred to the phone in the branch where you will be)
  • There is an AOD covenant to sign

 Maximum One Leads

 

·          Any leads that are not taken by the AOD, become company leads

·         The Leads Manager will distribute these leads to interested agents

·         When this lead closes, the agent pays a 30% referral fee back to Maximum One

·         You are required to review the GREC advertising rules & regulations:  Complete rules on advertising can be found in Rule 520-1-.09  www.grec.state.ga.us

·         All advertising (print media, signs, website, e-mail, business cards, Craigslist, Facebook, etc...) by an affiliate licensee must be done in the name of firm and under the supervision of the broker.  When a licensee advertises a specific property or properties for sale, for rent, or for exchange, the name of the licensed firm offering the property must appear in equal or greater size, prominence, and frequency than the name or names of any affiliated licensees or groups of licensees. Additionally, the telephone number of the firm must appear in equal or greater size, prominence, and frequency than any telephone numbers of any affiliated licensees or groups of licensees.  See also Rule 520-1-.09

Profit Share Information


Profit Share Information

  •  Maximum One shares its profits back with you, the agents
  • You are eligible to participate by sponsoring another agent & that agent adds to the overall company profit for the month
  • At the end of the month, we do month-end profit and loss statement and find out how much profit we have made.
  • Out of the profit, we distribute to Profit Share as per the Profit Share Distribution Formula.
  • Then we calculate how much of the profit actually goes to PS.
  • Next we divide PS by Company Dollar (How much we keep after paying associates) to get our multiplier.
  • Then we take all of the individuals that contributed to company dollar and multiply times the multiplier.  This gives us the profit share that the individual contributed.
  • The profit share is distributed to the seven (7) levels of sponsorship by the following percentages of the monthly amount as determined by the multiplier:
    • Level 1 – 50%
    • Level 2 – 10%
    • Level 3 – 5%
    • Level 4 – 5%
    • Level 5 – 5%
    • Level 6 – 10%
    • Level 7 – 15%
  • To retain your profit share, you must be vested with the company for 3 years
